With its Walter Gropius chairs and Vitra Cités, the Bauhaus-inspired bar is the perfect place for relaxing.

The flavor comes always first when I create a drink. As innovative or beautiful a drink may be, the taste has to convince.

DRINKS

The most important products include herbs. Herbs that are found in the kitchen and provide a platform for new creations. Our inspiration is Le Faubourg´s kitchen and my environment. The cocktail has to speak for itself, which is why we do not overflow our drinks with trimmings and prefer to put small accents.
