Freshly prepared from the oven, served with potato dumplings and breadcrumbs, homemade red and green cabbage, and a festive sauce. The menu serves 4 people and costs €199. For a sweet finish, we offer our delicious Speculoos Mousse with dark chocolate sponge, aromatic passion fruit, and exotic guava for just €10 per person.
