Light and excitingly different, the lunch offering at Le Faubourg is a delightful experience. Chef Lukas Hackenberg continues the beloved lunch tradition at the restaurant but places great emphasis on seasonal variety and exciting compositions with diverse flavors. With freshness and the highest quality, the concise menu impresses week after week. A main course with either a starter or dessert is available for 30 euros, while a three-course meal costs 35 euros – both options include water and coffee.

Lunch is served from Monday to Friday between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Unusual flavors, special textures, and aesthetic creations: Pastry Chef Raphael Gasque plays with the tradition of French patisserie and modern possibilities. Here, ingredients like coconut, yuzu, Tanariva chocolate, and mango meet with coriander, truffle, lemongrass, and other surprising elements. This Belgian master adds a unique twist to desserts, cakes, and sweet temptations. Additionally, Le Faubourg is characterized by its team spirit, evident in the close collaboration between Pastry Chef Raphael Gasque and Head Chef Lukas Hackenberg.
