For the warmer months, Chef Lukas Hackenberg and his team have developed a selection that focuses entirely on lightness, fresh aromas, and a contemporary approach to French cuisine.
The starters offer a balance of refreshing and comforting flavors. The menu features a vibrant pulpo paired with passionfruit and crisp sea asparagus, alongside an aubergine tatar infused with smoke, garlic, and red onion. Classic elements are present through fresh Oysri oysters, a traditional Salade Niçoise, and a hearty bean cassoulet served with spiced merguez sausage. For the main courses, the kitchen showcases its craft through carefully selected cuts and catches. Guests can choose between a tender Iberico Secreto with a rich barbecue jus, a refined local catfish served with panisse, and our signature Steak Frites with Café de Paris butter. A roasted cauliflower steak with capers, almonds, and parsley rounds out the savory selection.
Throughout the menu, the priority remains on high quality, sustainable ingredients from regional partners, served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere right on the Ku’damm.
