The only place he gets loud is in the football stadium as a fan. He draws new ideas from the many trips he is constantly taking.

If there is a service gene, then Kai has it. He is a passionate host, both professionally and personally. With his unique way, he creates a warm atmosphere that guests and the team enjoy equally. In addition to this passion, his immense knowledge of food and wine as well as his endurance on a bicycle are impressive. Although he has been at the Le Faubourg since 2011, there is no "that's the way we've always done it" for him. Every guest is different, and so is every evening.
